Privacy Policy
We sell privacy. It would be absurd to compromise yours while you read about it. This policy is short because the honest answer to most questions is: we do not collect it.
Who we are. This website is operated by Risk3 Consulting Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, CR No. 0781250 ("Risk3", "we"). For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].
What this website collects: almost nothing
No cookies. This website sets no cookies of any kind. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
No analytics or trackers. We run no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no fingerprinting. We do not know who you are and we have designed the site so we cannot find out.
No stored enquiries. The enquiry form relays your message once to our consultation inbox and stores nothing on the website or its hosting infrastructure. If form delivery is unavailable, the form instead opens a draft in your own email client, in which case nothing touches our systems until you choose to send it.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses transiently to deliver pages and mitigate attacks, as any host must. We do not access or retain server logs containing visitor IPs.
Fonts. Pages currently load typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers. We are migrating to self-hosted fonts to remove this, the site's only third-party request.
If you contact us
When you email, call or message us, we hold what you send us in order to respond, on segregated and encrypted systems, under the same confidentiality discipline we apply to client matters. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted in the ordinary course. We never disclose the existence of an enquiry to anyone, and we never use enquiry details for marketing. There is no mailing list.
WhatsApp and Signal conversations are subject to those platforms' own terms and encryption. We recommend Signal for the most sensitive first contact.
Your rights
Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you. Given the above, the usual answer is that we hold nothing beyond the correspondence you sent us. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes first, with a dated note. Last reviewed: July 2026.
