The requirement

Diplomatic and governmental facilities in the region face professional, well-resourced and patient collection efforts, against premises, residences, vehicles, locally engaged staff and the commercial contractors who service all of them. Home-country technical teams are excellent but distant; local commercial vendors are near but conflicted, often selling the very systems they would be asked to inspect.

Risk3 sits between the two: a private, independent consultancy, resident in the region since 1992, with no equipment sales, no government affiliation, and a client list we will not discuss with anyone, including other clients.

Protocols

We understand the constraints under which missions operate. Engagements are structured to your security protocols: nominated and vetted personnel, equipment lists provided in advance, escorted access, and reporting handled through the channels you designate. We do not seek, retain or transmit any material beyond what the engagement requires, and our own communications discipline matches yours.
